Everything’s, Location perfect, easy to hang around Darwin city walking distance, Staff very friendly. I was so lucky got early checked in as the room available, Andrea was the reception Lady very friendly provide more information about hotel facilities that i haven’t aware of. Room was amazing got the Starbucks’s coffee pod and coffee machine was amazing when you just wake up and too lazy to sep out to coffee shop. I will be back more.

Hands down the pool was incredible. The rooms are a bit tired but having a balcony overlooking the poor was fantastic

Large Spacious Room. Comfortable Bed. Reception Staff were extremely Friendly and welcoming and rectified any issues related to my stay. Restaurant food was delicious, and the Rib Fillet was probably one of the best cuts of meat and cooked to perfection that I have enjoyed in some time with all my travels.

Its location was perfect for us. Plenty of options for food all day if we needed , staff were lovely. Harbour view was lovely

The staff are exceptional. The room was very comfortable well set out and very clean. The view was great. Location perfect..central to everything in the city and close to some great food places. The in-house breakfast spread was absolutely sensational. Fresh cooked multiple hot choices, and same for the cold selections. My kids thoroughly enjoyed everything which is a hard call to answer such fussy kids. I provided some maintenance feedback to the Receptionist who was very apologetic re the issues I noted and went above what I expected and as an apology waived the additional room charges we incurred during our stay which was very much appreciated. I will definitely stay in this hotel in the future and recommend it to all.

On arrival we were greeting by a lovely receptionist who informed us our room had been upgraded to a suite. How lovely! Internally, the galleria is just beautiful and resembles a tropical oasis. We opted for the prepaid breakfast and the selection was wonderful. Our room had a coffee pod machine and a selection of nice Twining teas (I am a big tea & coffee lover), so I was delighted. I had booked two rooms, one for a friend (we were all attending a concert), she was unfortunately unable to attend due to a tragic event (made the news). The Novotel staff were so helpful in showing me how to cancel her room and then they went above and beyond and waived her cancellation costs. A big thank you so much. I had requested a 'quiet' room because we are bush residents and are quite sensitive to 'urban' noise LOL. The room was wonderfully quiet. And of course, the Novotel is on the Darwin Esplanade so walking distance to the centre of town. Perfect.

Beautiful sized room, all the right facilities, great view, room was serviced promptly. Staff were friendly and the overall aesthetic was to my liking.
